How can I make sure I'm getting my share of the secondary market ticket revenues?
The secondary market is here to stay and will flourish with or without you. How can your organization share in this market while helping to protect your customer base by providing secure transactions? How do you get a piece of this ever-growing pie? Can you compete against the secondary market by setting the primary sale price correctly, using variable pricing, dynamic pricing, auctions? We can help you answer all of these questions and more.
What is SplitSeason Tickets? How can it help me increase my season ticket base?
SplitSeasonTickets, LLC provides services for fans who share season/subscription tickets. These services provide value to the venue by creating revenue, marketing, and efficiency opportunities. SplitSeasonTickets has two core services:
Share Service: Share Service makes it easy for groups to distribute and manage their subscription tickets. Each group member ranks the events within the ticketing package and then the group holds a "Draft" to divide the tickets. The draft results are immediately available.
Group Matcher: Group Matcher is an online season/subscription ticket group matching system. This service will help fans find or create new groups, or match fans with existing groups.
Ticket loading: how do I get my ticketing system connected with my concessionaires' POS devices?
Dollars on tickets, barcodes attached to a debit process, is a revenue generating innovative practice that will increase per caps and fill a consumer need. This is one of the hottest items and is in the ticketing forefront. At FutureTix we understand the complete flow from ticketing platform to concessionaires' point-of-sale, and the middleware that must live in between the two. We know which vendors are aggressively pursuing this technology and which middleware solutions are viable.
How can I be certain I have all of the back-up and redundancy needed to survive a ticketing system crash at a critical event time?
With the advent of ticket transfer, secondary market, 'paperless' tickets, and ticket dollar loading, it is more important than ever to make sure you will be operational even if your hosted server crashes or you simply lose communication with it. Many guests now arrive at your facility without a ticket in-hand. You are only as strong as your weakest link when it comes to failsafe back-up and recovery. Let FutureTix independently analyze your current safety nets and create solutions for any potential exposure your organization may be facing.
I'm moving into a newly built facility, how can FutureTix help me with the transition and help me to capitalize on the move?
Moving into a new facility brings many challenges: the physical ticketing infrastructure and setup, relocating subscription holders into the new venue, setting a price scale for the new house, creating new revenue opportunities, maximizing current revenues based on last events at the old facility and firsts at the new one. Selling items from the old facility and so on. We can help you with all this and much more. Don't reinvent the wheel, tap our industry network for their expertise.

How can I compare my Box Office against industry best practices? How do I know if I have too much staff / too little?
Many well run box offices are overworked and caught up in the day-to-day operations without the wherewithal to stay abreast of the industry best practices. Let us serve as objective outside observers, we can offer years of expertise in every area of ticketing. We will point out industry best practices that can be introduced into your operation. In addition, we can demonstrate whether your staff budget is appropriate, too little or too much.
