Dan DeMato - Principal
Working with one of the finest box office crews in the industry has allowed Dan to enjoy many accomplishments as Senior Director of Ticket Operations for the New York Mets. This fast-paced, high-tech environment processed in excess of 4,000,000 tickets in each recent year and realized record setting ticket and ancillary revenues.
During his 25 years in the industry Dan has worked in all types of ticketing environments including both in-house and out-sourced solutions. He possesses the rare perspective of knowing the business from both the software development and end-user sides. Over this period of time he has established a network of contacts that includes some of the most progressive and savvy ticketing professionals in the business. Dan puts both this wealth of contacts and his own experience at your disposal through FutureTix.
Dan has been in the forefront of the ticketing industry with variable pricing and other revenue generating services. Dan is well versed in all aspects of ticketing and has served as a speaker at industry conferences, including Intix, Pacnet and the MLB Business Meetings.
He is versed in all state-of-the-art internet applications such as online sales, subscriptions, renewals, transfers, secondary market, print-at-home, lotteries and auctions with specific focus on developing and capitalizing on potential revenue streams while enhancing the customer experience.
His box office oversight included staffing, inventory control, subscriptions and packages, internet sales and transactions, database integrity, CRM, group sales, complete in-house call center, bar-coded gate access control, mail orders, remote outlets, gate sale, fulfillment and distribution, ticket sales reconciliation and reporting. For over 12 years Dan maintained all aspects of in-house ticketing system as a profit center, including product functionality research and development.
Dan's office has ticketed World Series and National League Championship baseball; Rolling Stones, Elton John, Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen and Billy Joel concerts; as well as International Soccer and other events. He has conducted numerous multi-channeled high-volume single day 'on sales', many in excess of 150,000 tickets.
As a longtime member of INTIX, Dan has served on the Standards and Ethics committee.

Shane Coghlan - Director of Consulting
Shane joins FutureTix as the Director of Consulting. Shane will utilize over ten years of ticket sales and operations experience to focus on the continued growth of the FutureTix College Sports Division.
Shane most recently worked at Learfield Sports as the Director of Sales Analytics and Services, where he led a team of analysts in evaluating collegiate multi-media market trends. Additionally, he spearheaded a team of sales and marketing coordinators that provided a full range of sales services to the national sales division including research, marketing, and sales operations.
Prior to Shane joining Learfield Sports, he was an Associate Athletic Director at the University of Southern Mississippi. While at Southern Miss, he oversaw the full integration of the ticketing and fundraising software applications for the university box office that provided full ticketing services to both the athletics and fine arts departments. He also was responsible for game and event operations including regular season, post-season, and football team travel.
Shane's ticket industry experience includes stints at the University of Texas, Iowa State University, Texas State University, and Southern Miss. His ticket office experience includes overseeing season and group ticket sales campaigns, annual fund drives, and volunteer group sales organizations. Shane has experience implementing new ticketing systems, having successfully done so at several universities. He has hosted both NCAA and conference championship events.
Shane resides in Dallas, TX with his wife, Megan, and three children, Hayden, Grace and Keely.

Peter Berman - Business Consulting Coordinator
Peter has enjoyed a variety of work experiences and schooling that have reinforced his passion for sports and venue marketing. Peter's sports and entertainment career began while working under the Director of Marketing & PR at the Louisiana Superdome. He helped successfully market and host premiere events like the NCAA Final Four, SEC Men's Basketball Tournament, NFL & NBA games and more.
Peter successfully sold radio advertising and sponsorship at Sportsradio610 WIP, the radio home of the Philadelphia Flyers, 76ers and Eagles. This experience was integral in his acceptance to the prestigious MBA/Masters in Sports Administration program at Ohio University. While in school Peter honed his marketing and business consulting skills working with Lenny Dykstra, the Cincinnati Reds, Vitamin Water and other regional companies.
Peter most recently worked with professional sports teams and various ticketed venues providing strategic advice for the roll out of their stored-value ticketing initiatives. Peter has great understanding and appreciation for the inter-relationships between ticketing systems and CRM platforms, social networking, price scaling, and overall marketing strategies and the inherent value returned when these components are blended together properly.

Jeremiah Maher - Senior Business Consultant and Advisor
Jeremiah joins FutureTix team as Senior Business Consultant and Advisor. Jeremiah will lend his college athletics ticketing expertise to help to enhance, shape and grow FutureTix service offerings as they pertain to collegiate ticketing sales, operations and development.
Jeremiah is currently Assistant Athletics Director for Ticket Operations at Syracuse University and will continue in that capacity. Jeremiah joined the Syracuse athletics department staff in 2007, is responsible for supervising all facets of Syracuse athletics' ticketing and customer service, as it relates to the Dome Box Office operation.
Prior to coming to Syracuse, the Rochester, N.Y. native was the Director of Ticket Sales at Seton Hall, where he established policies and procedures for re-seating in the new Prudential Center building, coordinated with the athletic development office to implement a priority system seating for men's basketball, generated strategies for the men's and women's basketball ticket sales campaigns, and more. Maher began at Seton Hall as the Ticket Manager, a post he held for five years before his promotion.
Prior to working in ticket operations, Maher was the Assistant Director of Sports Information and Marketing at Siena College.
Maher, who has volunteered at the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship, is a member of Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity and the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators (NACMA). Maher earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and management from Siena College and earned an MBA, with a concentration in sports management, from Seton Hall.
Maher and his wife, Jackie, reside in Syracuse.
Dan Bartlett - Development Resource
Dan conceived of the SplitSeasonTickets suite of services as a part owner of San Francisco Giants season tickets. Dan built the services from the ground-up from a fans perspective. Using best of breed technology Dan has used his cross-functional skills to create fan-friendly sophisticated services that provide true results to professional sports teams.
Prior to SplitSeasonTickets, LLC, Dan was on the founding team of Intraware, Inc, a software services company. Dan helped Intraware grow from five people with a business plan to a large public company. Dan was an integral part of the development of the company's architecture and systems and played a pivotal role developing all customer-facing applications. In addition, Dan has held high-pressure sales and marketing positions. Dan has computer science and political science degrees from U.C. Berkeley.
